Post when it fits you best my friend
I agree with chuck. Don't stress yourself about posting. If you have better time in the morning at one day but it fits you better in the evening the following day, then do it at those different times.
I would also add to you, that I never noticed a lack on the hits no matter when I posted. I just noticed it's better only posting one entry to one blog a day... 😉

Part of it is that I am a creature of habit by nature. Secondly, I feel that posting at a consistent time every day allows one to maximize one's hits. Most people here do post or read at generally the same time every day. I have noticed that the ordering of entries is pretty much the same each day by blogger and blog. The same goes for comments.
