There are doves who come to visit the little fishpond out back,
they seem wary but not really afraid when I go out the back door. No sudden moves.

I am really pleased that she is determined not to let me scare her off! She may fly off to the maple tree off the side of the deck, or only to the railings, but she has never gone very far. I think she may get used to me if I am respectful.
