I don't know what is the reason. The meterologists on the news channels are always telling us the what, and why, and wherefore, but they all say something different.
We did finally get rain this morning. Quite a little bit, but we could use more.

Right now, we have a drought warning, but not much is being made of it. Generally, it only gets addressed when we find ourselves in an emergency situation.

Well nearly all houses here are built of bricks it used to be stone. Occasionally one burns from an indoor appliance but one is fairly safe next door. We do get rain only in a hot summer do we wish it would pour down again. Quick get your pan before it bubbles over.
