I do take meds and I am suppose to go to a pain management doc but they havent called to set up an apt but I will have to call them instead I guess

Oh, Lanetay, I hope that pain at night can get better. Maybe they have meds for you? I know how awful that sciatica can be. And then to have to do demos... And not know the product untill the last minute! Difficult, dear Lady.

When I had Polymyalgia I slept in a Lazyboy chair. Have you tried sleeping in a chair? I don't think you need to shower every day it washes all the oil out of the skin. My old granny never had a bath in her life just an occasional wipe down and her skin was as white as snow.
