I love Fawlty Towers....I became a fan back in the 70s when I went to the uni and there were only 4 stations in a bible thumping town...so not much to watch

Love your ranting!! You sound more like the "get offa my lawn" guy every day. haha
My TV habits are all over the place. When I'm not on cnbc or one of the many 24 hour news cycle channels, or watching football on Sundays or March Madness now, then I'm binge watching one of several shows on Netflix or Amazon. And when all else fails, I will admit that I love mindless reality television. I find it completely hilarious. Awful but addictive. The soaps of today. And I don't watch any commercials. That's what DVR's are for.
The one area of TV that I don't partake in lately are the critically acclaimed serious dramas... like This is Us. I watched the first few episodes, and I decided that I dont need TV to manipulate me into sobbing through intense moments of family drama. I'm out!

I'm with you on this, it's high dollar with little from which to pick and choose. And why the heck do they put those "sensitive" commercials on the during the dinner hour or in the early evening, when one may have younger children watching? Did ya see the one with two bathtubs in a field - now that's plain weird, one big tub maybe. You'd need your black socks and sandals just to get there, or a pair of boots... And those couples all look way too young to be needin' the blue pill anyway!

I long to see you in your sandals and black socks!!! With that look no blue pill is ever going to get you anywhere. Gals will be drowning themselves first if there ain't no hills to run for.
We watch Netflix, well Wiley watches the news.
