Re:

I agree...sexism should be nonexistent or should I say extinct?

Old wives tales, also some folk of the same gender live together just because they prefer the same sex company.

Too bad people attempt to profile others when there is no need to do it! sam

Re: Re: Annicita

In this state the courts can and do mandate it when and where appropriate. Imho, it's often too little, too late. Sigh...

in my experience with little guys, they love their Teddy, will wrap teddy and put to by by and the first toys they often reach for from a group of toys will be a tea set. They actually grow up more level minded if given the chance to go through normal roll play games.

Some father's need parenting classes; actually, I suppose some mothers do, also!

First of all, thank you so much for stopping by my blogs!  i appreciate it!  I agree, I don't see anything wrong with boys playing with "girly" things.  In fact, during my teaching days many moons ago, we encouraged the boys to do the things girls do, and vise versa.   I think it's sad that some father's can't understand how important it is for little boys to play with dolls, and pretend to cook a meal.  Even at a young age, it helps them get ready for the real world in a fun way!
