Re: Re: Ciel
If your plane is going to crash, I don't think your seat number matters much.

Re: blackcat,
The rear of the plane is likeliest to land intact in a crash, so they say.

Re: Kabu,
There is some difference between a relatively short flight and the long, long flights between eastern Canada and Australia! No wonder you sleep as much time as you can!

Re: FSI
I do love the visual landscapes around here, the emerald green of the fields, the neat rock walls and hedges along the lanes and between the fields... The ruins of abbeys and castles... The neat rows of houses in villages, and the Great Houses still standing across the countryside...

Re: TAPS
You would have liked the one I glimpsed! It was mountainous land falling down towards the sea. I imagined it covered in heathers, though in this season the colors were very rusty.

Re: Annicita,
The seats don't seem to recline as much as they used to, and maybe I'm flying on airlines that offer better leg room. I think there is also more consciousness that the people behind actually resent fully reclined seats.

I love to travel, but hate to fly. The back row of the airplane is the pits! (and smells too)

I am the most unfriendly long distance traveler. I hide under my blanket almost all the way. But your photos are always so special. I look forward to some Spring pictues from England.

Dramatic coastlines are great! Florida's endless beaches cannot compare to the coastline of Oregon and northern California.

Don't you hate when the person in front of you reclines their seat so far back they are about 6 inches from your lap?
