Well it is the same in China Naut I notice that babies are needed and rewards are on offer. Perhaps ladies should be allowed three husbands, yes I think that might solve a problem or two.

Birth rates dropped in "white" societies when birth control became an
option. It will do the same in less industrial societies when women get out from under the thumb of ignorance, poverty and lack of choice in the matter. The world no longer has room for huge 8-12 children families, we're running out of food and water. Plus, which, interracial marriage is becoming more common - eventually if we're lucky we'll get to a point where we're all just human, and not evaluated on skin pigmentation.

I don't know how bad the Muslim problem is in Spain, apparently not as bad as France, England, Germany, etc...... which is interesting because much of Spain was actually conquered and ruled by Islam for about 300 years. But the "sex czar" better figure out a way to STOP Muslims from having more babies than non-Muslims. Otherwise, the baby-battle is already lost. That is the Muslim plan, to immigrate to other countries, and then have more babies than the natives, and take over in 3 or 4 or 5 generations, however long it takes. Sounds like a good plan to me...... the West will have to take drastic steps to defeat it. Cheers

I have three children and two have no desire to raise children and the other is interested in raising two! I think lifestyles have a lot to do with whether people have a family or not! sam

1.32 is incredibly low. As I recall, 2.1 is what is needed just to maintain the population.
I guess that is one of the reasons Muslims have been so welcomed in Europe. They tend to procreate like guppies.
