I have Fibromyalgia
I found something that helps me that I would like to share with you all. My physical theripist showed me how to use a deep massage roller. You can buy them at Walmart and alot of otther stores. You roll on it over your hips, down your legs. It does hurt some while you do this, but after you do it for sometime the pain might just be almost gone. I know now that is i have a bad Fibromyagia attack i will use my deeep massage roller. I think I bought mine by the exercise equipment.
Always ask your doctor if this help for the pain of Fibromyalgia might help you too.

I have Fibromyalgia as well, and it feels like it will never go away at times, but it eventually becomes tolerable. I found out that Natural pain reliever oils do work quite well. Praying for your health!

Yes I have had it .I hated going onto steriods but they did cure it for about two years and then I had it again. It does seem It still needs a very low dose of steriods just to keep it way. I hope eventually it will go completely as it is unusual to get it twice, well that is what the Doc said. Be lucky

My best friend has been diagnosed with it for years and she has a doctor who understands it. I do hope you are able to find a doctor who treats you for it as best as can be accomplished.
