I don't understand most of it, but it does sound at least potentially a bit ominous! I certainly hope that a change in diet will improve things, and I certainly wish Son#2 all the best...

I am so happy for you that he doesn't need surgery. Dietary modifications make a huge difference. Milk thistle is also good for detox of the liver

Prayers answered positively. A fatty, dirty liver, Wonder how his cholesterol count is. I would hope that his Dr will keep a check on those cysts.
Aunty Kabu suggests going to a health shop and buying a liver cleansing vinegar and he takes a small drink of that in the morning before breaking his fast. It tastes like $&*t but it will help. Should use the whole bottle full before finished. I did it once and cleansed my liver properly.
