That time of the night is the middle of the day for me....time for a bathroom break and I am asleep pronto. I have trouble getting to sleep but then I just cannot wake early.

I think we buy those yellow meals in packs sometimes, but they are just about tolerable.
Of course one never knows what goes into them unless one reads the small print.
The centre is good therapy, I would not be much fun just watching your lasagne cook.

Your lasagna sounds great! I haven't had a decent lasagna in a while, partly because I never make it myself - it's a bit too close to baking, LOL...Even my LSW's attempts haven't been terribly successful...
