I too was shocked by Ventura's untimely death. Quite apart from hating to see anyone die in a car crash, here it took the life of a great pitcher who was playing for my second-most favorite team...

Ventura was a great pitcher! I have had him on my mind all day! So young, I wish he would have waited to drive in better weather and had put his seat belt on! sam

I remember when I had a fully stocked fridge and freezer and the electric went out for days. We lost almost all of the food. We couldn't cook it. I was in no hurry to replace it either!

I know it is a drag to get out there it was misty freezing fog here and I thought better lie low. Our freezers are full of fruit but not much else. Glad you are looking after Son;
