Well some of us have long memories and remember that you did suffer. I was always amazed how forgiving you became it also lit up in your book.

I would be hard put to answer that question except with a 'not often and not much', compared so what so many others have endured. And I second what TAPS commented.

so many times...i have written about some of them in december...sigh...they say we learn the most from those events!

You wouldn't believe how many times I've written something and then deleted it because I did not like the tone of it.  You are a good girl Pat_B.  I never feel like you are whining or complaining...just educating.  That is one of the reasons I like reading you.

Trouble for me was I married a man who was already having mental illness problems, while his Mother would eventually be diagnosed with schizophrenia and his Dad tried twice to commit suicide. Now I  worry constantly about my second son and try hard not to feel responsible.
