Didn't you have this problem a while ago Sam I seem to remember it coming up.

Perhaps you are a mother figure to her, it seems her own mother has no idea either.

You have done a remarkable job by even putting up with her. First thing is she or Mom paying you? You should charge, this will show her managment of one's money is an important effort.

Uhh, where is Mother in all this? Telling her to talk to you? It's her daughter. Okaaay! People sometimes have to learn very difficult lessons, and it ain't always pretty. You've done a lot. Maybe you can teach her yet how to manage money. Sounds like she is young. Takes times for some.
