Very seasonal LT. Brings out the inner child. Hope you get a bonus from your firm. Now we a have Supermarket here (Waitrose) The difference is all the employees receive a yearly share in the profits. The attitude of the staff is remarkably customer friendly.
Nothing is too much trouble, you never see them hanging around chatting as they do in some stores. Everyone seems to in full gear looking like they enjoy the work. This store also gives a free newspaper if the spend is £10 and a free cup of hot coffee. Although some customers resent the coffee treat as careless folk walk around drinking and sometimes spilling the goodies and some grab a cup and walk straight through the store.
