Old photos do have a way of taking you back in time, and when I look at those old memories, I feel it's not recalling, it's reliving

I have boxes full of old photos too and sometimes we enjoy seeing them with a tinge of sadness though as most people in the photographs are long gone.

Mum doesn't look too happy siting on there the photo might have taken a time to organize. Natural though a lovely souvenir

I love the dress and adore those shoes. perhaps they had a wooden ladder for her to climb up and then removed it for the photo. Can't read her face as it is too fuzzy and i think her hais would have been nicer than the picture shows. Yes what fun.
Most of our pictures of family disappeared before mother died. We think that she must have thrown them in the rubbish pick up or burnt them all when she had Alzheimer disease.
