I am in accord with your opinions and feelings, and also thinking of removing myself from the sphere of immediate influence, if Trump is inaugurated. The American Experiment is facing its greatest test since the Civil War.
The Mother Earth News used to be a great source with ads for land and little off-grid farms. But I don't have the physical resources to live the little farm life on my own.

Sweetheart....I made a vow to Wiley last night that I wasn't ever going down there, but I will if you need me. Get a passport and come to Canada to us. You won't have to Do anything you don't want to do...that is the only house rule here.

Well it can't be as bad as the times poor Margaret endured. I hope you can be as forgiving to Mr Trump. If you do go into smallholding be it in a small way, stick a fork in the soil and see if it looks fertile before you buy.
