Plenty of blame to share
Many conservatives may be silent on the murders of minorities in the cities, but I have heard many conservatives on TV talk about it at great length. The problem is, many of the large cities with the worst crime / murder problems are run by liberal Democrats, and have been run by them for many, many years. So they must share a huge part of the blame. Their 'solution' seems to be a complete 100% gun ban, which disarms the victims and takes away their right to defend themselves. That won't stop the violence anyway. If we snapped our fingers and made all guns disappear today, people would be murdered tomorrow by knife, scissors, axe, bow and arrow, baseball bat, fists, etc.
The liberals who run the big crime-infested cities need to come up with a solution that solves the root problems...... poor education, gangs, drugs, broken families with no fathers, welfare for having more babies that you cannot afford, etc, etc. It is largely the breakdown of basic morals in society. Can that even be fixed?..... I doubt it, but the liberals in charge need to try harder.
As for adoption of babies as an alternative to abortion, yes that needs a lot more support throughout society. My wife and I adopted a baby boy, so I practice what I preach. Cheers

I think sadly many conservatives look at the inner cities as too fargone to help. And they don't get most of the votes there, anyway, so they figure, why bother? It's not an excuse to behave that way, though.

It's about control. They don't want abortion to exist claiming their are prolife. They are not. They are procontrol of a woman's choice and body. Those who are truly prolife would be to help support and care for these babies not just in the womb but out of the womb as well.
