During my career I spent a lot of time interacting with faculty and you probably missed out but I wouldn't think it would have much of a difference in the long run! sam

Sounds like the Student Teaching Program needed to be re-evaluated. They most certainly should have included you with the faculty and had you in the lounge with them. That's terrible! I feel bad for you having to experience that.

I found as a nursing student that listening to the RN's taught me so much about nursing diagnoses and patient care.

Well at least the women were moderately friendly, ask your dad what they were like when he was in the same position.
