Thought that 10000 was more enjoyable than 6000. Guesses always go ' right' while shopping, and I liked shop till you drop.

Once you start counting your steps, you can't stop. It is 100 steps out to the dumpster and 100 steps back again. It is 100 steps to the office and 100 steps back again. The only time I don't count my steps is if I'm with someone and we are talking. LOL. When I was young and active it never occurred to me to count my steps.

Goldarn why did I read this. Now I will have to get off my duff and do something. I will bake Wiley a cake. That will help with the exercise. Trouble is, I will help him eat it. SIGH! Would love to have a daughter to go shopping with and for a best friend.

That is a whole lot of walking there. I wonder how much I walk. My phone comes with that. I ought to check it out.

Well I would have thought Sam as you have a garden that you would have put the leaves in a bin and composted them. Of course I don't know what leaves they are some do not break down very well. That was a lot of steps fortunately my parcels just get tossed in the front porch a pretty safe area thank goodness.

Walking is good for you, and counting your steps is an incentive - you usually want to do more. I've got one of those Fitbit things, and I always know Bennie is doing at least twice as many steps as i do, 'cause he has twice as many legs...
