Many years ago my brother was a bit outspoken and my sister came home and he made a rude remark. She had a glass bottle of seven up in her hand which she promptly tossed at him and hit him in the forehead! He quickly smacked his forehead and said, "I could have had a V8!" We still laugh about it some 40 years later! sam

There are a lot of things that customers do that can still bring about a laugh years later.

Someone in my family was embarrassed to buy a personal item, but did. It beeped at the door exiting the store. The friendly door guard helper pulled it out of the bag, waved it high wand wide overhead, yelling repeatedly for help with a price check on ---. I couldn't stop laughing and someone else was mortified...

Something like that happened to me once, 30 or more years ago.

Driving along in the car, dark country road. Me, the kids. Robin in back seat says "Mom,
what are those red blinking lights for?" There is a row of giant towers for power lines
alongside the road, red blinkers to warn aircraft, so I say the lights are to keep the planes
from hitting them. Daughter says, "no, I mean the one on the dashboard..." (someone
hadn't fastened a seat belt).
