This is my weather - the kind to one can use as an excuse to stay home, settle in front of the fire, surrounded by doggies, immersing myself in a good book - one of which I received just the other day and am enjoying muchly!

Pat

This group does not seem to be as interesting as the other one anyway - I wonder why? Abs as far as Christmas shpping is concerned, I always end up in a last minute frenzy...

Buy on the Internet darling. You still get good discounts and it is week long shopping. let your fingers do the walking.

I can't leave Wiley parked somewhere like I used to do while I browsed the shops so I often browse the Internet and fill my cart and then remove it all before I get out of the store.

It is amazing just how quickly the weather has changed.

Very wise Pat

You see the English stand around waiting for trains and buses in clothing that is really not suitable for damp cold weather. So always wrap up well especially on car journeys. If one breaks down in a cotton dress, I was thinking this only this morning it was not freezing but the damp air would mean curtains for those with breathing problems.
