i sleep when I get depressed, i think three days and nights was the longest and I don't eat either. just keep my body hydrated with fluid.

Forget the election outcome thingy. One good that may come from this is stricter down the middle, taking no sides giving equal time to both sides media coverage. Well it might happen.

your baby boy, that is a heart breaker. After some particularly awful email or something concerning my Son #2 I will look at Wiley and wail, but he is my son. I spent those months in bed before he was born so he could live, he's my son. I want him back. Mothers. Only another Mother knows the pain.

Don't be stressed Pat try to write it out. The worst thing I have ever thought about was when I had to make a decision between two conflicts. Both were equally daunting. Upon reflection I think it is best to agree to abide by one whatever the consequence.

I hate to think of you stressed out.  Stress is a killer of all things lovely, because stress keeps one from enjoying any of the beauty surrounding us.  Sing beautiful songs if you can make yourself do that.  Music is a healer.  It helps put the stress away for a time.
