it is very exciting. 108 years. How could anyone be anything but happy for the team and their devoted followers. Yes this is their year, next year will be the Jays.

I would like to wish congratulations to the Cubs as well. I cannot imagine going through a lifetime without my team winning a championship, although with the way things are going, the Orioles, Capitals and Wizards are going to let me know how that feels...

I rooted for the Cubs! A 'Yea' from me! And what a game it was! Normally I don't watch a lot of sports, but today was an exception! Worth watching till the very end! Next year, that's another game away, or so...
