I doubt it wouls work because ISIS puts new recruits in the most dangerous places and or uses them as suicide bombs. No point training people if they are going to be blown to kingdom come. But actually I don't really know. I am going back to listen to some of your music.

I would think it would be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. And double agents are as old as civilization, I imagine. And so is the risk,the danger, and the reward, if any. Yikes, what did I just say? LOL! Just guessing here.

There is always a risk in trying to get someone on the inside to be trained to be a double agent. Often, drug informants, for instance, will protect the big fish and turn in the small ones. And the small fish contiually get replaced.
