Re: Pat

The trouble is Pat if they let go of the victim they scuttle off quickly and I want to eliminate them , one must twist the bug anticlockwise  or one may pull the head off. I used to paint my keyboard keys with clear nail varnish and Arthur uses it when he makes flies for fishing. I have found however that stick-on replacements appear to last better than the varnish. Thank you.

I meant to comment yesterday, don't know what got into me that I didn't.

I had a Dr. tell me a drop or two of clear nail polish will suffocate a tick and it will let go of its victim in order to get air - but I like your method. Candle wax, too, but that can burn and make your little patient squeal.  I don't suppose you've got much nail polish on your workroom shelves, come to think of it...

There used to be a groundhog at my house. I am not sure what became of it...The gnome is causing quite the stir in the town.

ReRPresta

The trouble with guinea pigs is they breed rapidly. I think they are eaten in some couintries. I don't like messing around with those bugs I saw one crawl up a man's arm once and it started to dig its head in.

Re NAUT

Arthur said there is a Hedgehog run over in the road,I hope you did not build your pet up so he had the strength to commit suicide. No Freddy cleared his plate last night.

I like your poem very much, but I especially like how you are kind and gentle with animals, and good with plants.  You are very special.

C_C_T

So nice of you to help the creature out and rid it of the bugs. I am not one to keep guinea pigs, though in poems I suppose it's fine. LOL!
