I think he did bring change...not as much as he hoped or wanted....and definitely hard to do with the republicant majority

If only Obama would have been the agent of hope and change he touted himself as being, the world would be a much better place now........The world is a better place even as the man was hourly hated simply for being a black man every day of his service.

Again this isn't for me up here to comment on. I will say though as a member of the human World community, I really appreciate President and Michelle Obama and their lovely daughters. Scandal free family. How nice to not have to read about celebrities behaving badly.

That is a great point. In fact, the Bush Administration did the same thing as well. I would like to see a day when such lists are not needed and that when someone is picked, they are viewed as truly the best person for the job.

Of course I won't be around, but I would think that years from now it will be so interesting to look back on history and see what has transpired since, and because of our first black president.
