Just my own experience here and in my land of birth: teachers are some of the best human beings, and others are the worst humans to be around other teachers and students. They have been so inspiring ... and so damaging to me in my experience, especially in the state of Maryland. U know Howard, PG, Balto. & Montg. counties

Yes one has to work ones way into it, I would imagine. In the old days the teacher carried a stick .
