So sorry about your Mom. I've known so many that has happened to. I sometimes find myself staggering around like a broken-hip candidate. I do take care though.

Poor Mum. She really needs you at this time. Maybe she can no longer live on her own. I do hope physio can help her.

Sadly it is quite common for elderly folk to fall and break a bone. A good job your mother has her marbles. Don't overdo it, it is a long drive. Well you said so once.
