I can share your agony Taps , I hate glass when it shatters . With metal one can use a magnet to get any loose bits ,like tacks etc. With glass one can only hope. Never mind you wiped it clean eventually and I would make sure nothing like it is put in place of the fallen idol.

Glass is such a pain to clean up. When one thinks that every little shard has been swept up, one is bound to see others. Most of the time, I am cleaning it up at one of the businesses.

Been there also. Even with sandals on (which I usually wear). The glass managed to find the top of my feet to cut. The worst part was - no coffee! Hope for better days this coming week!

I say nothing. My lips are sealed. If we get into our older years and have the habits that we have always had, not much use scolding you. A hug seems a better idea.
