I worked at one time in hematology with several Asian specialists and they were extraordinarily good at their diagnoses and ability to help even the terminal patients live fulfilling lives. They faced the glass ceiling though and at that time there was no way to break it. The "boss" was a successful man but he was also very handy. Didn't try to touch me more than once though. Told him no handling thank you.
