It sounds as if you have had a hard time of it. I worked for the government many years ago. No injuries, but quite a bit of stress which often brought about bad headache and neck pain. After my children were born, I did other things.

Your experiences others are around that had similiar. However, your issue of mistreatment I hope, blogging it will help you cope with it.
