during the time his dad got sick he had a stroke and the old lady next to me found him in his place passed out I guess you say he hasnt been the same since then

He probably has been feeling bad about his dad , little things jar on nerves when this happens. Give him a few flowers when you go say they are in remembrance to his father. Or just say you felt sorry for worrying him at such a sad time.

I guess at least acknowledge the passing, maybe do some small thing for him. Perhaps he will change in the way he treats you.

I agree 100% with Kabu. Show him your kindness at this point and put all the other behind you and I think he will too. He is hurting, he needs forgivness and kindness now.

probably Lupus...an Autoimmune disease. A disease that cannot tell the difference between an attacking virus and itself so it turns on itself and distroys its own organs. A terrible disease.
let the guy know how sorry you feel. A card and a single beautiful flower or bake him some cup cakes and ice them pretty. Some nice gesture.
