yes I managed to be pushed into the shelve and kept myself from falling because if I had fallen I dont think I could of finished the day

Oh dear, yes I think you are going to be sore and sorry for a bit. Try some Tylanol for pain and perhap a cold pack on the worst areas to reduce inflamation. Poor girlie but Kudos to you for not falling.
