Well I would go for it, if you wait until it becomes warm again , you will suffer needlessly.

well that makes sense to me because they were probably quoting Canadian dollars which aren't worth much at the moment. I would order one and start paying it off.

I think one of the reasons he was so nice was because he expects me to buy one of his coolers and I believe that includes installation

I hope he was honest but how can you know? Maybe check around during the cooler season when business is slow, and you can get a better price for later. Gotta admit, 50 years is a long time for a cooler.

LOl...who knows but at least you got through the worst of the heat. I mean I find it best not to trust any workmen here just hope that the work lasts for a few years but 50 years is a long time.
