Re: Riversidepoet
Glad you enjoyed it, and actually, that's how this whole poem started, with that song in my head!

Re: Nautikos
Awhh, don't you hate when that happens? Maybe it will clear in time to see them. Thank you for the kind words.

Very good - turbulently romantic...And it reminds me that I'm missing the Perseids this year - each night it's been overcast...

Re:WileyJohn
Thank you, Wiley. Wish everything didn't turn into an ode, though... LOL!

You make me wish I was a youngster dancing across the sand on a starlit night; to then lie with the one I love.

Re: AbaN
And I thank you so very much! I appreciate your kind and thoughtful words. If it's a critique, then it is quite pleasant. 'Word-felicity' - very clever of you!

My dearest Preats
Wow! What a wonderful job you are doing these days with your poetry, so very sweet sounds to the ears, word-felicity so remarkable. And its beauty uplifts. The concretely sculpted images gives it its subtlety, too. Oh, am I writing a critique? No, but my heart speaks eloquent.
