http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Corn-Bags One of the warnings is to not use popcorn. I could probably get you one if I knew where to send it.

Re: Re:
No, the loose corn kernals inside a soft cloth pouch. They heat up really good in the microwave and hold the heat for a long time. Friend Richard of Phoenix loves his that were sent to him from Kansas City.

The thing that works best for me are heated cornbags. My sister's country friend makes them from field corn and sells them. You heat them in the microwave and place them anywere there is pain while you are sitting in your recliner or lying down. By the time they cool off the pain is better.

Sometimes I can hardly get out of bed and walk but if I do walk I can usually walk through the pain but it is most unpleasant. Back pain that runs down the back of both my legs.

Hey I am so sorry. I have fought such pain for more than twenty years. What I think you need is a new doctor or talk to that one more. Don't expect them to get back with you. You are responsible for your own care, be sure they know that. You will have to be diagnoised by a specialist but that may be fibromyalgia. I am sorry this is happening to you. A general practioner is not able to make this diagnosis she will get you one.

I won't even begin the dissertation on the degree and intensity of my own back issues. I take nothing because I can tolerate nothing. So I sympathize with you immensely and hope you find some relief, dear.

Trouble is I think one can suffer such pains from several causes. I ached all over when I had polymyalgia and I had to tell the Doctor what I thought it was. She said have a blood test and it was. I used to try massage contraptions and they did help a bit.
