That's a lot of food for the birdies. They should love it! Hope they don't overdose... LOL. Such an insightful poem you wrote. Quite true, lads won't listen, smiles can be deceptive, and a person who can laugh that cares, well, it's a good start.

Too many cherries? Make some nice cherry brandy...And Uncle Albert's advice is excellent - a good sense of humour can make up for a lot of deficiencies...

Loved the poem, although at first I read that next-to-last line
as "someone who will scratch your back" instead of "watch your back," and I thought that was a very practical consideration...
