If you were my dog you would certianly get tha pat of approval, CCT. Kabu is right - one should take it easy now and then. As for Chumpet - love the character. And Uncle Albert has the right idea for the longjohns. Waste not, want not!

I know I rarely answer the phone as we get so many duff calls, do you think I could understand your accent, A lady used to telephone me from USA and I did not know what she was saying, but she did email me and said I was not to be afraid of her as I sounded nervous. Yes I thought it is a job to answer coherently when one does not understand the question. As you know I do reply promptly to emails, I hope it is going alright with Bro.

Anyway I can go to the beach any day, we always went as kids, it would not be hard to feel a bit of sand on the side walk(pavement) I hated that crunchy feeling. Can I have my deck chair back madam?..

I would probably stayed away longer, but our dear little Kabu always grumbles at me for not conforming. Of course I miss everyone, but I was writing some new poems, not very good ones sadly, but it does not really matter, take care .

I am afraid I shall have to re-tell Chumpet's history. if I ever come across the parchment.
As for Uncle Albert he cuts the legs of his 6 pairs of Long Johns and sews them back
together in the autumn.
