I do hope that will last after this man has repaired it. My house was built in 1898 it needs something all the time.

I guess !970 it is quite a time for things to last I have just had the third heating boiler. We don't need air conditioning for about 7 days a year just a fan. Hope The S.I. L is recovering.

Tuesday will come around soon of course but I know how close you are to that beautiful girl and baby.
Glad for you about the swamp cooler but it would be a big cost to replace. Ugh...I know we are out of spare money for big expenses like that.
perhaps it is just you and I twinny. I never hear gossip either until it is several years old and not relevant.
