What a mess! I remember when my mom had renters...They had an excuse every month for 4 or 6 months why they couldn't pay the rent. You would think they would take pity on my mom knowing her age etc. Nope! They trashed the place and I don't think they took trash out the whole time they were staying there!

i am happy for you love. What a mess. I cannot understand people who have muliple animals and cannot keep them each with a potty. The tenants from Hell but you will soon be rid of all that.
