I think I would rather swallow tiny frogs Taps. Although there used to be nothing nicer  than winkles at the fair. Used to be.

I love ceviche! I make it myself sometimes, mostly using scallops or shrimp. It's perfect for dinner on a hot summer evening, out on the deck. I does require a bit of planning and preparation...

The cook's adorable, but the dinner? Not so much.

BTW, my son Rusty's heading for KC tomorrow to do an evaluation of some nursing home for a client. Says he plans to stop at some famous restaurant that is known for Kansas City steaks while he's there...

I am not into raw seafood either. Sushi is not something that I do, the first raw seafood that pops into my mind.
