That whole scene sounds absolutely ghastly! I'm so sorry about all this, and as others have already said - maybe it is time to take a rest! And I sincerely hope there is no serious damage as a result of your fall...

Re: And I forgot...
I also have been treated to a "fire/bomb threat drill" at a major Las Vegas Hotel in the wee hours of the morning, as you described! It was somewhere between a B-horror/comedy film and a Fellini movie...

OMG! You poor girl! Yes, it must be time to stop for a while. I would get the ribs checked out if it continues to be painful to breathe. I know; I fractured mine in a similar fall, and the rib cage tissue/cartilege also separated from me, so to speak, and was off work for 3 months. As to the allergies, scratch-tested positive twice for EVERYTHING, except "cat," so I know how that feels. Have also tripped on a stair landing over a laundry basket in the middle of the night and sustained severe injuries. Just lucky I didn't fall down the stairs at the time. So, please, take a break, let your body heal. Sounds like it is time.

My guess is that it is from intensely long work weeks away from home.

Dfinitely time to go home. You may have eve4n cracked those ribs and you need time to heal...everywhere. Taking handfuls of pills; well you don't know if something is reacting against something else so yes, you've done more than your three months. Time to enjoy some rest and Summer days love. Spend some of that money before you kill yourself.

All I can say is you are a mighty tough lady. If you can manage I would go home and relax. I have that wretched cramp at times and the cramp tablets that were fairly effcient have completely disappeared from all Chemists. I keep drinking tonic water it has quinine in the mix. I think that it does help a bit. Perhaps others can offer a remedy
