Re: Re: Ciel

As long as I can decide what goes into the pipe... And Charlie won't be having any, he is very adamant about that sort of thing.

Re: Kabu

Alright Kabu which would you rather do adopt three kittens, or have cold bath straight from your well every morning in a tin tub. Or give up Blogit. Sorry I am laughing. As a reward I'll email something funny to cheer you up.

Yes Pat, I suppose he was trying to get his own back. He forgets when I brought him chocolate when I was in the conscripts and he was a little chappie.

Re RPresta:

You are much cleverer than Chumpet thought. Of course I knew already but I didn't tell him.

Re: Ciel

I'll put you down as smoking a pipe. Alright Charlie can have a puff as well.

speaking editorially, it's all in the wording.

The basic question here is Would you choose...? and the answer I'd go with is No. But then, I'm not much fun that way.

I would go with climbing Everest in the blizzard with those choices presented...There truly is a sadness to a goodbye.

Arthur was dealt with pretty well. I might have told him, "You chose and I'll do whatever you do." :) I like the poem very much.

It's funny (both funny ha-ha and funny strange) that siblings in their

golden years still play some of the same games they played when they were what I call pre-cog (before the age of 9 or 10). "Betcha can't (fill in the blank)" or "dare ya!"  or as in your post, which impossible challenge would you choose?  Fun to find out the little kid in us is still up to the old tricks...

I also like your choice of poem and actually I am not going to do any of the things that you suggest. I smoked a packet a day for 20 years. that was enough.

I like that poem also.  It says a lot.
I don't like any of those first choices, but if I had to do one, I'd pick climbing Mt. Everest in a blizzard.  At least it would be interesting to try.
