Re: Re: Kabu,

I use Tonic-Lax from the vet. Comes in a tube and you put about an inch of it onto a front leg. Puss licks it off and hair passess through instead of having to come up.

I brush himself as well but they still swallow hair. I have to do what he considers women's work for him...clean his bottom and brush his back and other areas he is too lazy to reach.

Re: adnohr,

The cat is sitting on me now, purring...

Re: Pat,

The key to dressing up is to dress peasant, and light. Even though this weekend was only in the mid-80s, I felt sorry for the heavily-layered lords and ladies!

I am still trying to get a shot of her eyes glowing in the light, at night.

Re: CCT,

If the mice attempt another takeover, I won't need to break out the traps again! Yet, the gerbils ignore her as she attempts to paw through the force field that surrounds them...

Re: Kabu,

Her coat is already much nicer, though it takes a bit of brushing to keep the undercoat from shedding out, little fine hairs floating all over the breezes in the house! And we've had a couple of hairball incidents...

What a fun time the faire must be - dressing up - the cloak pins

are pretty amazing. And I can see why "Ember" was the only right name for your lovely feline...

I would not like to be a small critter. Abbey will keep all mice at bay I reckon.

of course I have browsed through the pics and I can see the softness in Embers eyes as she is so happy to have found her human to care for her and a lovely place to be. She will grow plump and comfortable in her senior years and aai bet come winter her coat will be splendid.
