Well I would like to point out that if she was nude one minute and then suitably dressed for driving a few minutes later she could not have been very intoxicated. If she was still nude when driving, and maybe distracting  other drivers. The horse should then of course be put in the pound.

I wish I could say this is the strangest thing I've ever heard.....but you have to recall my years in auto claims, reading police reports and taking statements.  Truth really is stranger than fiction, a truth you realize as soon as you have much interaction with a wide variety of citizens.  That said, I nearly spewed my afternoon tea when I read the last line!!! Hysterical!!!
