Couldn't agree with you more about no neighbors too close by. That is why I love this house. After a lifetime of the weirdest neighbors in myriad locations, finally free of them!

No wife in sight?? No hang on to them, whatever happens you can live life enjoying your privacy, either b uild a big house or wait and sell them for a fortune.

I dont blame you, I am at the end of the park so no one close by to me on the one side. and an 90 year old lady on the other side and its really nice and quiet
