I could just hear that poem recited to a group, a piano accompaniment,
it's so rhythmical and rhyming... I didn't know you could rap! Nice work!

Oh, I loved this poem so much. It's all so true. I think for our grandparents it must have also seemed that the world had changed from when they were quite young until they grew older. You nailed it with this one, sweet lady! Perfect.

such a different World, slower paced and for me, happier. and when I travelled, contact with Australia was written on aerogrammes, postcards and if urgent the dreaded telegramme. Love your poem.
