I Tend to be Verbose
In my writing, at least & sometimes in conversation. I think four paragraphs are reasonable. Eight at most. That's what I like to read from others. I appreciate substance. If it's too short, it doesn't really give me insight into the person. Plus, I've read, that with blogs, it should be 500 words minimum. Depending on how compelling it is, though, it can be too little or too much.

yes Kabu said it best. easier if posts are short. it allows us to read daily as little or as much as we can.

reading each other here is the way to make a penny or two.
If you comment to others they read you back. besides we get to make friends with each other that way and find an interest in what each of us are doing.
people are better with short excerpts to read as well.
