I suppose once every country is in debt it will not make a lot of difference. Also it does seem that when we side with one faction in a country that it never ends as we expect it to do,

Our debt is a major problem, and sadly, there seems like there is no end in sight to getting it under control.

My head doesn't hold that many numbers and I'm sick of the fighting
between the Arabs and the Arabs and everyone else. I wish they'd give it a rest.

well when they don't want us there I sometimes feel your friend is right. let 'em fight to a standstill and then go in and mop up, or drop a big bomb like in Japan and end it all for a time. Japan has had 71 years of peace. Who came out of that best off...well unless you want to discuss all the babies and children that died afterwards from the residue a bomb like that leaves behind.
